"I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. With three cozy bedrooms, a large living room, and an extra room with a desk, perfect for working or enjoying some quiet time alone, there's plenty of space to suit everyone’s needs. The apartment also features two toilets, a bathroom, and a separate shower, which was super convenient for our group. All the essential appliances were available and in perfect working condition — from the kitchen to the laundry, everything was well thought out. The location is another huge plus: it's situated in a great area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!"

"The lay out of the property was larger than I expected for Paris, allowing for our family of 5 to be very comfortable. The provision of a washing machine and dryer was very much appreciated and the kitchen and living space was beautiful."

"A beautifully appointed apartment in a wonderful area. The host was very responsive and went out of her way to promptly answer any questions I had and to help make our stay a perfect one. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need and close to 3 different metro stations and the Luxembourg Gardens. This was my 4th trip to Paris and this was by far the best accomodation I have ever stayed in."

"The apartment was perfect for us. We kept commenting among ourselves what a nice place it was. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the elevator was a welcome extra since the apartment is on the 5th floor. We all appreciated the 2 separate toilet rooms and 2 separate very nice shower rooms. The central living area and main bedroom both had a/c units that cooled the other areas of the apartment pretty well when the rooms were left open, plus the owner supplied fans to make these other areas more comfortable. Having a/c was a big plus for us. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and has multiple bus or metro options. We had breakfast in the apartment every morning and then our 10 other lunch and dinners were walking distance with great variety. We totally recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book again!"

"Paris was very hot when we arrived and the next day also. The 2 room a/c units were taking time to cool down the apartment. I mentioned our concern for the people sleeping in the 2 bedrooms away from the units. The owner immediately purchased and delivered 2 floor fans to help with this. The next days of our stay were cooler so the temperature in the apartment naturally improved as well."

"The property appears to have been recently renovated and was very new and clean with all facilities working well and comfortable beds. It is a large, light filled and beautiful apartment with plenty of space for our family. The hosts were very quick to assist when required. The location was excellent for the jardin du Luxembourg, St Germain and Latin quarter. Also very close to transport. We were very impressed."

"Our only complaint is the upstairs neighbour did keep later hours than us - including playing loud music. We packed ear plugs so it was not a big problem and is a risk anywhere with city living."

"Fantastic location in a safe neighbourhood. A few bakeries and cafes nearby. Apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds and modern amenities. Had a lift so made taking up luggage easier."
